
Supporting a New Chapter at David Spear Commercial Vehicles
This week I had the privilege of working alongside the leadership team at David Spear Commercial Vehicles as they stepped into a brand-new chapter under their Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) structure.
I joined them for their very first management meeting in this new phase — and what a day it was. The room was full of energy, healthy debate, creative thinking, and the kind of tough decision-making that shows a team is serious about moving forward together.
We revisited some of the fundamentals that really make a difference:

- ✅ A renewed focus on values and customer commitments — because ultimately, managing performance is all about delivering the best possible service and experience to customers
In the boardroom, the conversations went deeper, bringing structure and clarity to areas that shape the future:

- ? Anticipating future needs and opportunities
What struck me most was the leadership team’s commitment. With the right people, leaders, and processes in place, David Spear Commercial Vehicles is in a fantastic position to thrive in this next stage of its journey.
